At Flip-Flop Mafia, we're all about Loyal Crew, Salty Times, and Good Vibes. If your gear isn't exactly what you expected, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Include original tags (if applicable)
- Be free of stains, odors, or damage
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@keepitflipped.com.
